Czochralski Crystal Pulling Graphite for Czochralski Crystal Pulling.   This cross-section display depicts graphite components used for pulling Monocrystals of Silicon, Gallium Arsenide and other Group IV and Group III-V semiconductor materials.  Toyo Tanso USA isomolded graphite provides the high-purity high-temperature environment needed to produce Monocrystaline Ingots.
