Mechanical Carbon

Bearings

Bearings are one of the components of a machine. They contact the shaft of a mating material that is rotating or sliding (sliding motion), and support the rotation and load to ensure accurate and smooth operation.Carbon bearings are mainly used in plain bearings. Due to their excellent self-lubricating properties, heat resistance and chemical resistance, carbon bearings are suitable for high-temperature atmospheres, liquids and lubricant-intolerant areas where ordinary metal bearings cannot be used. Static seals are used in a wide variety of pumps, including submersible pumps, process pumps, chemical pumps, and hot water circulators.
