W-4500 is a resin-bonded carbon material for mechanical applications. This material can be easily injection molded into desired shapes.
In particular, it has a lower coefficient of friction than other materials in the unlubricated state and is less prone to sticking. It is expected to be used for sliding parts such as pump bearings and mechanical seals. Excellent self-lubricating properties can be used for a variety of mechanical parts.

The KP Series is a sintered carbon graphite product. It is a press-to-size (PTS) product that is formed into a shape close to the finished product. This material can be easily mass-produced into desired shapes by molding. It is expected to be used for sliding parts such as pump bearings and vacuum pump rotors. It is also expected to be applied to various mechanical parts by taking advantage of its excellent self-lubricating property.
